A guest who is slandering me personally for no real reason.

I have a guest who has lied about me and my property and who is now demanding £200 from Booking.com.  He has published very defamatory material in the guest reviews too.  I feel very uncomfortable about this.  All my other reviews are exceptional.  I have witnesses and CCTV evidence to dispute his claims and his comments are indeed slanderous.  I have truly no idea why he has chosen to behave like this.
