HELLO Community, Im Xinia, and I have 2 houses to rent in Costa Rica... Something negative is happening the last 2 months with reservations...

every weekend since september I have GOST reservations .. IT means that the person reservs and doesnt come.. As they have to pay at my place, because we can't work with virtual cards.., then they simply bloked my place and nobody else can reserve until midnigt... at the time when we can cancel... but at this time is too late...

I think that it is in order to have a reservation as a permition to circulate during this period of pandemia.

simply update New Reservation template with 


"PREPAID is required to confirm booking. Please use the following info for prepayment:


  • define prepay methods allowed
  • define prepay time window before you cancel the reservation, min 24h.
  • define terms - failure to prepay within the time limit results in loss of reservation.
  • failure to respond or acknowledge this action also results in cancelation

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
