Off hour check in (check in late/out of check in time)

We have the check in hours stated as 1400-2300
But there are still guests want to check in after 2300, so we sent them message and kindly remind them to cancel the reservation within the free cancellation period, as they cant check in after 2300 at our hostel. However, some of them still dont. I want to know is it possible for the hostel to cancel their reservation. Not just send the request to the guest, but actually just cancel their reservation.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
