How can I talk to a person ? A member of a customer service team ?

We found incredibly frustrating that we can’t talk to a member of the customer advise team like we do so easily and efficiently with Airbnb. Why don’t you supply the hosts with a number we can call? Your website us incredibly difficult to get around if you are a host . Very!!! Now you have removed some photos from my gallery without letting me know the reason for it …how can we learn from our own mistakes if we are kept in the dark (?) you provide a very poor service to your Hosts .
