So it depends on what you really want to do :

1. Temporary suspend new bookings, and accomodate existing reservations for  future dates
   1. Method 1 - On Extranet under the first menu is the tool called Open/close rooms.
   2. Method 2 - utilise the Property Snooze feature.
2. Permanently - End Partnership which removes listing.
   1. search for ' End my partnership'
   2. process takes 2 weeks, and any payment due paidout.
