I have a problem with my calendar

My calendar has dates blocked out but they are open on my manager's dashboard. Could anybody help me with this, please? I have checked the minimum stay and this is not the problem. As well, the synchronisation with other web sites' calendars is also ok.

Please, help!

You might NOT be able to control stop sales and other features via booking extranet you will probably need to do from channel manager's end or contact support for this. In case you are not able to find them and you urgently need to stop sales via extranet you can disconnect channel manager connection . In the extranet click on the top  account>connectivity provider and select disconnect so you can fully have access, your channel manager will NOT be updating though you will need to reconnect again later - my opinion is to do this as last option.

How could I contact support service for this? I am not able to find an email nor a phone number.

I am not trying to solve it via extranet, I am using extranet just because I can't contact the support service.

I  dont get it....who is your provider? Who is selling you the service, dont they have some support email?

I think I didn't explain it correctly. I am managing a property because we are a real estate agency. So, I tried to contact the customer service, but I was not able to find it, that's why I am asking for help here. Thanks!
