I have received an email saying a location verification is Required. Who can help

I had requested a change to the search heading as my property is not in the area stated. It has meant that it isn’t coming up in the search process. I received no the response except to close my page and request location verification.  I have been on AirBnB for years and have a 5 star rating so am very offended that I have been challenged on the accuracy of my details  

the biggest event in Glasgow’s recent past  is is coming up - the COP 26 climate conference - and I am unable to let my property through Booking .com.

Is there any way I can reach out to them. It says it will take 10 days by which time I will have missed my chance. Can anyone help?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
