I'm a new register hotel. I'cant understand the setting.

Dear Sir/ Madam

I'm new register property, My Property showing block on live and also my dashboard, My guest will try to book but it showning block.. 

On Dashboard it showing "Because we're dedicated to being a safe platform for both customers and partners, we've temporarily disabled non-refundable and prepayment policies. As soon as we can give you access to them, we'll let you know."

Pl help me how to Live it and smoothly oparate my Extranet .
