Invoice to be paid by me

I keep getting a demand to pay an invoice which i have no idea what for? i have not had a booking nor had i received any money to pay this invoice. I am trying to get a hold of a real customer service & i keep getting shuffeled from one page to another. Is there any real person i can speak with at this uot fit need major help
