last minute bookings on the same day

I had a last minute booking today for today and tomorrow which I cannot take, as my daughter and family are staying as they had to move out of their house because of a fire. I thought the days were closed off already  and they are on airbnb and the calendars are supposed to sync but they dont always seem to.

I spoke to the guest and explained why I could not take the booking and told her that she would need to cancel. She has not done so yet.

I have now changed my settings so I cant get a booking on the same day in the future.

I see my calendar is still showing it as a booking

Dont know what else I am supposed to do?

 you must use a channel manager , this is why.


if guest has not clicked CANCEL on their account booking, phone PS team asap.


close the availability /close rooms

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
