LEID

Afternoon, how do I find my Legal Entity ID?

I've created an account but I'm not sure if it's a Partner Account or a Traveller / Holidaymaker Account, how can i figure out if I've done it the right way? When I sign into my account, it's asking me to List my first property so I assume I've created a Partner one.

Also, does anyone know of an email address where you can pose questions to booking.com and actually get an answer?

if you are using same email address, just make sure the have different passwords.

your partner id will be in the first emails or when you log on to extranet,

Extranet

contact partner support via 3 methods below

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Method 3:  *** public main lines via Where you can reach us

Thanks very much.

I don't have the Inbox, etc tabs. It's asking me to complete my registration and it seems I can only complete that if I list my 1st property - is that the case, ie how you complete your registration?

Yes, simply follow the prompts after you login, from register property onwards. You will naturally progress through the basics.

Once reg. is complete you will have access to the more detailed settings and the messaging system where you can ask for direct assistance if required. Although that is usually better done by phone.

Hi Thomas, hopefully the above advice has helped you get the property set up, and as noted you will then have access to the Inbox tab and the contact options (phone, message) to speak with Partner Support.

If you need to speak to someone before gaining access to the extranet, you will find a list of public support number numbers listed here on the Partner Hub

Kind regards,

Jarratt

Thank you for your help everyone. I'm pretty much organised - contacted Booking.com directly to seek this LEID number I need to integrate with my channel manager program

How were you able to get this information from booking.com - I've bounced around between call centres and no one knows what I'm asking for?
