Login error

Hello, 

I have been trying for a few days to connect to my account to change the settings for my accomodation.  After authentificating on the partner page without error, the loading of the home overview goes through the steps until a message that says something like: "almost there, we are setting up your living room" then it hangs indefinitly, I have let it load for a few hours without success, no error is displayed. I have tried with multiple computers and browsers. 

What should I do ?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
