  • You bought a property, and former owner has it on Booking.com, but they did not transfer ownership of the listing ?? correct ??
  • If yes then you are not liable for his cheeky getaway or not settleing the outstanding account.
  • Make your own listing after you first talk to BdC support. Use the world wide public phone number list to make contact.

Hi Kris,

When you take over a new property, you are required to do a change of ownership (do not set up a new listing as this will be rejected because we already have one at that address). Once this is processed then you will have your own direct access to the listing and the old owner is removed.

If you have already requested this change of ownership, it is possible that this is being processed and this is why you cannot gain access to the listing. Ensure that this is processed fully and all information is provided. Sometimes the finance team need additional information.

You can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.

Booking.com publish a list of publicly available support numbers per country on the page I have linked to below, so if for any reason you can't access the extranet or don't have access to the Inbox tab, you will find a list of public support number numbers listed here on the Partner Hub. - https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/support-contact/contact/where-yo…

Thanks!
