Payment invoice

Hello sir Arun this side from Bridge Valley Resort kathlighat shimla.on 9yh Nov i paid the last month commission through UPI phone pay..but yesterday still i receive mail that i havnt paid my last month outstanding money..please advice me now

I can't look up your property details (please don't share here for privacy reasons), but if you click into the Finance tab, under Invoices it should show if your invoice has been paid in full. It can take a few days for a payment to clear and be processed in our system. If the information on this tab doesn't look right to you, please contact the Partner Support team to investigate further. 


You will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
