Pets allowed only in some apartments

In our holiday complex we have some apartments in which pets are allowed and others that are allergy-friendly and labeled as such. Apparently, this is not enough.

Again and again guests ask for pet accommodation for the allergy-friendly units.

How can we make it clear to guests that pets are not allowed in these apartments?

only way is to list them separately and add it on top of the New Reservation template for each

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
