I've updated most of my photos.  There are 24, they all have the right pixels, but Booking.com doesn't change them.  It looks OK on the extranet but when I check my listing on another phone they still show the old ones.  I am doing this on my mobile ph as I don't have a computer.

i found the trick is to take all the photos first, then try adding one at a time.


it wont show immediately so only do 1-3 then wait 30 minutes, to verify they are showing, then rinse and repeat.


Note: pulse app is not a substitute for the Full fat client of the Extranet on a Browser.


if no computer try get a 10" tablet and use the browser on that, and toggle on Desktop Mode in the browser.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
