Property location verification

Hello sir/ madam, 

Hope you all are doing well.

I have a home stay at Rishop, Kalimpong, West Bengal, India. I received a mail on 16th Oct about location verification by booking dot com and since then my property status is closed/ not bookable. I have contacted customer care but it's of no use.

What can I do to restore my property? If anyone can put a light then it will be helpful.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
