Property number and ID

I have a duplicate listing up on new Tilly Cottage Blacko which will confuse potential bookers so wants deleting.   I rang help.  Yosi was NO help because I need a Proprty ID number and couldn’t tell me how to find it to continue.  How can I find this?    I’ve had no emails.   It’s up snd running, and you have my bank details.   The pic of the house needs to come off immediately as it says there are no bookings availability on and have no idea why it’s there?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Anne, please contact the Partner Support team for further assistance with this question, they are the most appropriate team to contact in this situation. There are many reasons there may be a duplicate listing - for example, it may exist from a previous owner - and it really will depend on the circumstances as to what is needed to resolve this for you. Once again the partner support team is best placed to assist, you can contact via phone or via message depending on your preference.
