seeking advice

Ranking

Hey all, we're a 5-Star Hotel in Marrakech, and we were hoping to get some advice on increasing our ranking to get more exposure. We're in the Preferred Plus program and the Genuis tier but our ranking is still 3%, when in the area the average is 5%. We've also got 2.5% page views when the average is 18%. 

Any advice you could give us? Thougths/Feedback?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
