Remove old listing set up by previous owners...
The previous owners of my gite did not remove their listing and it still comes up on Booking.Com if you Google Rainbow River Cottage - the information on their site is incorrect and states that the gite is closed!!!! Potentially I could lose bookings, plus if they can see any guest informaion this is in breach of data protection which makes me nervous.
The previous owners say that they can't now remove their listing as they can't log in.
Please can someone help me?

Have a look HERE to see the correct procedure. At the same time explain to BDC that the old owners have no login ability (although they could simply get access via "forgotten password").
