Reservations made through "Booking partners" causing problems

We have had several reservations come through Booking.com "Booking Partners" such as Agoda.

The guests are uncontactable when this happens so we cannot even send travel and check in information (such as the code for the key lock box!!).

We have contacted Customer Service to see if we can opt out of these reservations and only accept reservations made directly via Booking.com but nobody addresses this in their replies telling us to direct the customer to their "booking provider" when any messages we send to the customer do not seem to be received so that is unhelpful to say the least!

Does anyone have the same problems or a way around this as it is causing us concern and in a couple of cases some cancellations...

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
