Setting up automatic replies for guest messages - how to stop it
we need help. As soon as guests send us a message they automatically get a standard message "Thank you for contacting...etc.". It is a long always the same answer to every message from our customers in chat.
How can we turn off this message. It is not a message in the "Automatic reply" setting, just a standard reply. Guests get this standard response after every message they send us.
Unfortunately we can't find any setting to turn off this message. Does anyone know advice!
