Setting up automatic replies for guest messages - how to stop it

Dear partners,

we need help. As soon as guests send us a message they automatically get a standard message "Thank you for contacting...etc.". It is a long always the same answer to every message from our customers in chat. 

How can we turn off this message. It is not a message in the "Automatic reply" setting, just a standard reply. Guests get this standard response after every message they send us.

Unfortunately we can't find any setting to turn off this message. Does anyone know advice!

Unfortunately the template and automatic replay configuration is not solving my problem. The automatic reply (I mean) belongs to our normal guest communication - so, if we received a guest messages the automatic reply appears. 

We don't have or use any template. Only automatic reply to check in and parking questions.

It appears after every message we received from guest during a "chat" oder longer conversation. And it's annoying.

Did you find a solution?
I have the same exact problem but with incorrect information being repeatedly sent to my guests. It's a very big problem and I called the booking support they couldn't identify the issue and didn't know how to help.

Hi, have you found a solution to this problem? They don't seem to know what's going on and our guests are receiving bad information in a poorly written reply.
