Setting up "No-arrivals" and “No departures” restrictions don't appear

Hello,

I want to force travelers to rent my villa for  whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday during July and August. This is normally possible by only authorizing check-in and check-out on Saturdays during this period.

The problem is that "No-arrivals" nor "Na -depature"  doesn't appear in the list of advanced restrictions.

Can someone explain to me why these options are not showing and how to fix this bug?

first its  not a bug.

 

  1. request all calendar fields to be  enabled
  2. leverage No Arrivals , No Departures; min max length of stay etc

 

use bulk edit tool to repeat it across a long date range.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
