they have closed my apartment

I recently opened two apartments and after a month, they have closed both of me, not being able to make reservations.
Booking sent me an email saying that they were going to verify the location and that they would contact me within 10 days. That deadline has passed and I still have no answers. Does anyone know what can I do?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Скажите, удалось ли вам открыть обьект? вчера я столкнулась с такой же проблемой. не понимаю, почему для проверки местоположения надо необоснованно ЗАКРЫТЬ обьект? проверяйте пожалуйста, мы не против подтверждения, это можно делать и не закрывая обьект!!!
