Transfer of ownership
I have messaged b.com 7 times regarding g a change of ownership since 3rd August .
get same message but no action . New owners are very disappointed in this service before they even begin

Just for your information we have done this twice. First time was for the main property we have now and all went quite smoothly according to the requirements of the time, five years ago.
However, we have just been helping a friend do this and hit an impossible brick wall. As the previous owner had "done a runner" and was not contactable by anyone, plus had an outstanding debt with BDC, it was impossible to progress the change. Fortunately the new owner wasn't fussed and simply opened a new account.
