Unable to connect on mobile app

I can connect to my account on my PC but not on the mobile app. Did I have something to do for connect on mobile ? I think it is due to extranet / intranet.

You logon with same email and password as pc browser
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
