We got a 429 (Too Many Requests) status code for your request


I'm trying to login to booking.com, but I always get "We got a 429 (Too Many Requests) status code for your request". I've tried it from two different computers. Does anyone know what I could do now?

only use https://admin.booking.com directly. and same for partner.booking.com


and you can use <CTRL> + < F5> to clear browser cache

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.


Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I have been trying to put a new house to Booking for a many day from many browsers and computers. It´s all the time same.

Same issue here and no one will answer me back when I emailed booking.com.   Not happy with the support level and may not book here.  I never have had these issues on other platforms.  Please fix this.
