Why I don’t see my property in search results

My property is right in downtown, close to all amenities, yet when I do a search on booking.com, my property is no way to be found in search results, why?

Hi mindy tian

Check the View My listing link on extranet , right top 2nd circle menu.

  • Recheck rate plans, promos, restrictions,
  • Recheck calendar, restrictions overlapping.
  • Ask Partner Support to review setup

You also can contact partner support via 3 methods below

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Method 3:  *** public main lines via Where you can reach us

Hi Mindy,

If your property is not appearing at all: Partner Support will be able to help determine what the issue is.

If your property isn't appearing high in the search results: there are many factors to help improve your visibility and ranking on booking.com. A good place to start is the Solutions Toolkit on our Partner Hub.

Kind regards,

Thank you for your reply, it’s frustrating when it says no property is available in the area, while mine is vacant in downtown then booking.com suggests property 10km away.

I tried to call partner support hotline, was on hold forever 😥

Sorry to hear that - stick with it, especially if as it sounds like you should be showing but your not. They will be able to help discover the reason why. You can also send a message (using BrookAve steps above) if you don't want to wait on hold.

All the best,
