I have the same problems. Once a guest didn't want to pay because the thought they already payed. They called to booking.com and booking.com told me to give them their money back???? They always choose the side of the guest. Booking.com never ask you for your side story. The same with no shows, if the guest says they were at your property then you have to pay commission and you can say what you want booking.com doesn't reply your emails.
