Thanks for your question Isle of Wight Vacations, Brixtony1's answer is correct. When you allow a grace period after a cancellation, (e.g. 24 hours free cancellations for any booking happening at your property) risk-free does not apply up until the period of the grace period has ended. Just like Brixtony1 is stating in the comment above, ‘this is overwriting the policy’ since you do give a free cancellation option yourself. If the customers cancellation happens after the grace period, we would apply all rules for a Risk-Free reservation.
