No, you cannot turn off the instant booking.
Kirsten if you mean the Genius program then it is listed under the Opportunities option in Extranet.
Not really sure why you find such an issue with me copying and pasting the contact details for booking.com help team if that is all that is needed and I get many messages of thanks. I will often personalise first line to explain why we can’t help. Actually above wasn’t a copy and paste at all.
Being No 1 on the list doesn’t interest me at all, but obviously bothers you.
Your answers aren’t always perfect either but I am here to help partners not to criticise them.

I think it would be really useful if the restrictions weren't hidden and partners didn't need to contact the help team to be able to view them. There have been many posts here where partners are trying to following help instructions to set things up but can't see the lines and they think they are doing something wrong.
Overall they are really useful, particularly minimum stay over busy periods or stopping check-in for specific days.
You need to contact the booking.com help team, as this is partner forum and cannot set this up for you. If someone cancels or changes a booking make sure it is done fully on the booking.com system otherwise you will get charged commission.
