With the ‘Ask for a replacement guest’ feature*, you can avoid the extra admin that comes with reselling rooms, as well as securing more income.
How? When your guest cancels, we’ll hold the room and promote it to other guests via search results and marketing emails. We’ll always use your current prices, and you can change them or stop the search at any time. If we can't find a replacement guest within 24 hours, we'll officially cancel the reservation and release the room.
