We've also wondered about this. There is nothing that can be done about the physical location on the edge of a lovely village in the Highlands of Scotland so we assume people mark us in this box on how easy it was to find the property. SatNavs cane problematic here and the streets don't have signs showing the street name. So now as soon as a booking is made, as well as sending information about the house and local restaurant info via the message system on the extranet, we also send a map with dots leading from the village centre to the property. As a result we've had fewer low scores for location than before although we'll never stop them completely.
Really interested in reading these results re coffee and breakfast. As result we are now removing the sachets of coffee from our rooms and will only allow the guests to make coffee themselves from the coffee machine in the dining room. This way if they mark us down on coffee we can respond to them that they made the coffee themselves and they are to blame.
