I don’t think you will regret joining booking.com, I am new to this and it has taken me a little while to get used to how they operate - I still can’t manage to link them to airb&b though.

My name is Lynnie and I live in a lovely little village in the chalke valley in the south of England, We have opened up our home to guests and run a small bed and breakfast just 3 miles from the beautiful city of Salisbury.
We have four rooms which we let out and am proving to be quite popular.
We are minutes away from the race course, we have a local shop/post office and a wonderful local pub/restaurant.
We have a table with leaflets about all the local attractions and bookcases of books and board games, also we are very lucky to have a fab local pub that is always putting something on.
This is where booking.com lets us down - I wanted to cancel a booking for the end of August in May !!!
They said I had to relocate at my expense, surely that is ample notice for the guest !
Once I had relocated and paid the deposit the guest cancelled and I couldn't get my deposit back !!
