booking,com closing our business down

is it normal to close a 3 week old business down because they decide to choose you for some checks due to them not doing it right in the first place.

  • Its not a closure at all, stop with the misconceptions and misinformation.
  • Its a 10 day audit ,and you can still serve existing bookings, and take new bookings in other forms .
  • If its been more than 2 weeks phone them to get update

You also can contact partner support via 3 methods below

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Method 3:  *** public main lines via Where you can reach us

how to contact partner support via private assigned number in inbox

BrookAve - as you very well know, a very high majority of people have followed these steps many times over 2-3 months….you keep telling people to do….

It is giving people false hope it will be sorted.

I wish people representing booking.com were a bit more honest, sympathetic… and stopped telling people to wait and just said the truth. Imagine your wages being stopped for 3 months whilst working hard..?

We all know new people reading this will not get it sorted fast for months. People need to know the truth so can find work alternatives. I actually believed your posts and that things would get sorted soon if followed your instructions. If someone had told me the truth however, another job could have been found! V unprofessional.

I dont work for BdC, I never have and I give them hell too, when its justified.

My signature just contains all the simplified contact info, its literally just that and no more.

It also gets you to open a case which is trackable,

You are overthinking it, and I typically skip the padding and get right to it...

i.e. share the contact info and share anything else I have seen.

Its literally as simple as that.

Happy New Year.

Well we are still blocked phoned same old story and reading even more distressing comment s from people. Booking.com seems to have it all sewn up we can't even join hotels com which according to another member may be because of use. So were is the misconception please. Its a shame they use some of the front line staff staff who are receiving all the flack to do some verifications instead of apologising to the likes of me while we drown. For God sake help these people

Hi Geoff,

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles getting your new property verified.  There is currently a backlog with the verification team, but officially requesting a verification call/video call so that you are in the queue would be beneficial. Apologies for the delays here, but the partner support team are the best point of contact to manage this. Unfortunately I do not have a timeframe on how long this backlog will take.

In regard to Hotels.com, this company is totally separate from Booking.com so please reach out to them regarding verification there as the the other member who stated this is incorrect.

Thank you!

Hi Geoff,

You can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.

Please note, that there is a backlog so the time frame for this is extended and I cannot give an exact time on how long this may take.

Hi Geoff

All they do is fob you off, ours have been closed for 10 weeks, and still not heard anything! All they do is ask you to phone and you are put through to customer service who don't have a clue they are just repeat the same thing over and over again!! And if they owe you any money they will hold on to that too until they do there checks!!!!

Hi Geoff,

I am sorry to hear you are not able to be open on Booking.com when you go on the TV program if the verification has not been completed by then.  I have reported this to the top already through many avenues. I am just here to monitor the communities page and assist partners with questions regarding their extranet options etc. I have done what I can in terms of the verifications. Thank you!

If you know you have a backlog why keep closing other properties for review?  This is peoples living.  We are approaching bankcruptcy due to closure. Absolutely furious.  I hate threatening legal action, however i feel there maybe no other option.
