Cancellation Policy

i would change for cancellation policy to be Refundable.

guests can  choose Refundable or change schedule (just for 1 time changed)

Thank you for your message. There are a few steps on changing your cancellation policy. First in the Property Tab > Policies > Cancellation & Prepayment Policies > ensure you have the policy you'd like created or create the policy. Second, in Rates and Availability > Rate Plans > open the rate plan you'd like to change and add the policy you just created or if the policy is already available, update it.  If you require further direction kindly call your local team.
