Cancellation policy is an important tool
We at Sleep And Go have given the cancellation policy a great deal of thought. We are a low price hotel and can't afford any unnecessary cancellations (who can anyway?). With some doubt we chose that you have to pay for the whole stay if you cancel to late. In other words a seven day stay that the guest decides to cancel after one day doesn't give any refund. That has worked very well for us. No loss, only gains. Lets face it, hotel business takes a lot of logistic planning and guests cancelling mid-stay is a cost. That cost should be covered. Now it is covered for us. We have received no complaints about the policy.
