DESTROYED OUR BUSINESS

We just acquired a B&B and Booking.com.au has completely and totally destroyed it. We have begged, pleaded and to no avail. THey refuse to accept all the legal proof we own the property. The previous owner has called them dozens of times. We have called dozens of times. We have uploaded everything they requested and our property remains closed. Now they have deleted our account so we cannot log in. There is no one to reach but a cll center. We are getting dozens of calls from upset guests asking about why they were sent cancellation notices. They call my mobile phone but Booking.com will only use my wife's mobile to verify the account. They created email accounts that do not exist on the listing. It is truly the most insane thing I ever heard of. We are at a complete loss as to what to do other than contact a lawyer.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
