Fraudulent listings

Can anyone out there tell me how to get fraudulent listings removed????

The help topics are no help, how am I supposed to explain that we stopped listing our exclusive properties as our owners have no faith in the platform to protect them.

At the end of it all, the guest and the real rental company are the ones that get hurt by fraudulent listings, not Booking.com.

If you have concerns over potential fraudulent listings and the help articles aren't answering your questions, you may be best calling and speaking with the partner support team over the phone; you will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts. 


If for any reason you can't access the extranet, you will find a list of public support number numbers listed here on the Partner Hub

Thank you, I have followed those steps already, but the properties remain active on the website.

The local office confirmed that they had flagged the properties as fraud, but I hope you can understand the frustration that the properties remain on the site, and guests can see our company in a bad way because of this.


I will follow up with the local office again, but I feel like nothing happens regarding these situations
