a guest robbed my apartment and gave a rating of "1".
I searched all over the internet looking for a kontakt booking phone number.
It is absolutely impossible. Kontakt only for customers with reservation number.
I am very disappointed.
My last guest is a real thief and I can't get his details from Booking to go to the police!
I don’t understand at all how Booking still exists with such an attitude towards partners.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Only you are responsible for the security of your own property. All BDC contacts as above.
Thank you for reminding me of responsibility. I didn’t try to pass it on to someone else. Only the booking has his address data, which should be visible on the transfer. But apparently I need to start with a statement to the police

Sorry, I didn't intend to sound harsh. It was just my surprise at the setting not being in place already, as explained in the other responses made here.
There is an option in policies that guests must provide their address and also a verified phone number - if you have used these options, you will have details to pass to the police - if not, you will need to claim on your insurance and hope that they understand why you didn't collect details.
