How to reopen a closed rental

Hi,

I have closed my rental on the site to have time to do some checks. But now I don't know how to reopen it. It's in the status "closed" ("fermé/non reservable" in french).

Do you know if it's possible to reopen it ? I received one book proposition before to close it, is it still valid ?

Good afternoon,

you should be able to reopen your property (set to open/bookable) via the Extranet. Please make sure you have availability and prices loaded.

If you can't see that function on the HOME tab, please get in touch with your local support team.

You can find their number under Inbox > Booking.com messages > See contact options then select any option > Other > See all contact options.
