I have paid my invoices, why my propriety is still auto-closed ?

 I had 2 invoices to pay. And had some difficulties on the way to pay not depending on me. But because the bank need time to create a master carta. In the moment that master carta was created i imediatly paid my invoices.

I am worried because my propriety seems to be closed from booking. And the finance is clear. I had an automatically email from booking that they said that you paid all the envoices. 

WHY MY PROPRIETY IS STILL AUTO-CLOSED.???

Somebody can explain that to me ?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
