I open an account and i cannot pin my location on the map

I have had issues as they had problems as they seem to be using an old version of google maps? Is it that you can’t find the location or your address is not corresponding to the map so it won’t let you drop it? I had this with trip advisor until I contacted them and they where able to verify my position using the actual name on the current Google maps  as this was correct they then did it for me. Unfortunately having an issue with booking myself over this! Good luck and welcome 🙏

Hi Leandro, you can find the contact details for the Partner Support team via your extranet, who will be able to help with updating the map location of your property. 


You will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing ' Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
