Interval cleaning the rooms

For economic and environmental issues it is of course good to not make the rooms every day when you have guests staying for several days. We find however its a good idea to check the rooms in-between so everything is okay. We make the rooms every day if the customer wants it, otherwise we wait maximum 7 days but do check ups every 3 days. How many days do you find is optimum for cleaning/checking?

for many its either a few hours between check out time and check in time and for others its manually blocking the checkout day so no checks cannot happen

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

We check and asses rooms every day during a stay, many times guests request that we don't do this or that every day and of course we comply.

For actual check-ins and check-outs we currently leave a minimum of 48 hours, first clean and air-out on first 24 hours, then second clean/disinfect and make up the room on the second 24 hours.

We also have long-stay guests ( monthly rent ) for which we clean once a week.
