Location Review

Has anyone managed to expidite a location review?  We were suddenly closed for a review 8 days ago, I have emailed booking.com but I just get told are property is under review.  we have been open for a year with no problems, great reviews etc.  We now have no guests due to Booking.com putting us under review.  They are also withholding all payments due to us.  Any help appreciated  Thank you.
