My overall review score

We had a good review score until a dispute with a guest who left the apartment filthy, she left us a terrible review with a score of 1.   This dropped our overall score down quite significantly, despite having had many good reviews.

I can't understand why, despite having very good reviews since this particularly nasty incident, we have stayed at 8.4

It doesn't add up.   We do our best to keep everyone happy and keep our apartments immaculate yet one review from a guest who had £20 taken out of her deposit because of the extra cleaning as dropped us way down. Do other people have this problem.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
