Page closed/ not bookable

We have a hostel called “Me & You Hostel” in Tirana, Albania. We registered it a month ago on Booking and yesterday came in email explaining that our hostel was selected to undergo a quality review process. We are a little bit concerned about this because we can receive new bookings during this week 10 day period. We want to know what is the reason of this review process and what criteria we don’t meet in order to fix it and bring it back on booking page.

Hello and thanks for posting on the community forum. Best advice is to call the local partner support team (details below) for specific advice, but for awareness all properties added to booking.com need to have their location verified - here's a link with more info. 

 

Why does Booking.com verify property locations?

 

You will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'. 

 

You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
