Hello Booking team. 

I have a reservation on the new year for my property and because of overbooking I asked the guest to cancel. Unfortunately he didn't cancel so I had to cancel the other reservation on other sites. And now it is ok if he comes but he sent me a screen shot of the cancelation email that he received and it shows that he will have a free cancelation if he chooses to cancel. Now I am a bit scared that he can choose this free cancelation 0ne or two days before he comes and in this case I loose all. 

So it thier any way to to expire the cancelation offer and if there is not how can I cancel the reservation and why it is not possible for me to accept or not a reservation as it is in other sites like airbnb?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
