Room rates

Hi,

My largest room costs €120 per night. Currently guests seem to be booking it for €108. I have clearly clicked on something somewhere that allows this rate but to be honest I can't afford for it to be sold at this price with commission on top. Can someone please help me try to find what I need to uncheck to go back to the original rate - I have looked but there's so much information available and so many deals that I'm not sure what I have clicked on anymore!!

Thank you!

Hi Gaynor,

Thanks for reaching out. For a quick check, I would recommend looking at a reservation for this price and seeing where the rate is coming from. You can do this by going to the Reservations tab and finding a specific booking. Then you can open this booking. In the middle time where it says the price, you can open this up with the down arrow and it will show the rate per night and how it is made up. eg. Standard Rate, 15% Getaway Deal etc. This will show you that the rate is come from your standard rate and then if there is a promotion attached and you can look at removing this.

Otherwise, please reach out to the Partner Services team directly if you want someone to help you with your specific listing. You can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
