Hi Everybody 

Please help me, I have accommodation in Austria that was locked on August 10th and ask for "Property location verification". I haven't received a letter from the booking in almost 2 months, no one called. I call booking every day, I’ve written them letters a lot of times, always the answer is that the verification team will call me, never call anyone,  can’t book rooms, and they don’t pay off. What can i do? 


Does anyone have any contact information for the verification team?

You can request a video verification to move the process along quicker. Please reach out to Partner Services. You can find their number under Inbox > Booking.com messages > See contact options then select any option > Other > See all contact options.

As this is a real and very persistent subject, if you look at all the messages on this board. Therefore real help should be provided, instead of generic referrals to contact Partner Services.

Thanks, yes i know. I sent messege 12 times, but every time, i get similar answer.... "we will forward your request to the relevant department and someone will call you. But no one ever called :(
